This is a rare opportunity to slow down and rediscover the importance of self care, away from the busyness and distractions of city life. I spent the past decade living in LA, then NYC, and I got to experience first-hand how easy it can be to lose yourself in the hustle and bustle of modern life. The absence of balance, the mind-body disconnect and the need to pause, rest and reset, can quickly lead to a crash-and-burn. This retreat isn’t an escape from reality. It’s a friendly reminder to slow down, step away from daily routines turn your attention inward, reflect on what’s important, gain clarity on what’s no longer working, reconnect with nature, with others, with yourself.

The Location
Known for its holistic approach to well-being, abundant sunshine and fertile land, Greece is the ideal destination to nourish your mind, body and soul. The beautiful Pelion peninsula on the mainland is the best kept local secret. Away from the massive tourist crowds, you will find nothing more than the sound of crickets, countless olive trees, low key vibes and a sky full of stars. We will hike up the narrow streets of the Palaion Trikeri village, enjoy freshly caught seafood at one of the seaside family-run tavernas, visit the local monastery and skinnydip in one of the most picturesque, sandy beaches in Pelion. Interact with locals, experience the healing powers of the sea, and savor the simplicity and wholesome flavors of the Greek land.
We will spend 7 days at SeeSea Apartments in Trikeri, our brand new, family owned, seafront sanctuary. A place where time stands still, where the sea meets the sky, where less is more, where the sound of crickets is louder than the voices in your head. Experience tranquility and peace while enjoying the sounds of crickets and unobstructed panoramic sea views from our outdoor patio. SeeSea consists of 6 brand new, air-conditioned apartments, located at the picturesque coastal village of Agia Kyriaki, a small fishing village, just a few miles from Palaion Trikeri in Pelion. It’s time to go off the grid and experience the authentic side of Greece.
Daily Schedule
We will start our days with a dynamic, feel-good practice, followed by a health meal. We will spend our afternoons swimming in the Aegean sea, exploring the landscape, reading books, going on boat adventures or receiving a much-needed massage treatment. Our evening practice will be a balanced blend of restorative movement, long held postures, breathwork and journaling to help calm the nervous system and invoke deep relaxation. We will end our days dining under the stars, overlooking the endless blue of the Aegean sea, sharing thought-provoking conversations and lots of good laughs. During this truly restorative week, you will regain a newfound appreciation for silence, stillness and the magic of slow living.
