Meet Celia
The Movement Remix was born out of necessity. A need to change the way we think about exercise and the connection between body and mind. Fascinated by anatomy and biomechanics, and inspired by the wisdom of the Mediterranean living, I left the music industry, to explore the principles of movement and mindfulness, and reconnect to the culture and traditions of my homeland, Greece. Informed by anatomy and biomechanics, and inspired by all my favorite practices, The Movement Remix is a mixtape of effective, efficient, feel-good moves, created for healthy, resilient bodies and minds.
Celia is an advanced Therapeutic Practitioner, Master Instructor and Teacher Trainer, with more than 2000+ hours of training in Pilates, Yoga, and Mindfulness Meditation. A lifelong nerd and curious human, she has been attending workshops and exploring various movement and meditation modalities such as Katonah Yoga, Fascial Movement, Nutrition Therapy, Self Compassion, and more. She has studied with leaders in the wellness industry and has collaborated with major brands such as Coachella Music Festival, Outdoor Voices, Manduka, Ace Hotel, and Neuehouse.
